The principals of Forest Creek Ventures have worked closely together for more than a decade. Prior to forming FCV, they oversaw capital markets, acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction, and portfolio management activity for a $3.5 billion real estate investment trust. During that tenure, the company achieved a 4.5x increase in overall equity market capitalization.

The team also helped create and execute a multi-year strategy to increase the company’s FFO multiple from 12x to 15x within 18 months of implementation. More recently, the principals closed a partnership venture to new investments after reaching $125 million in gross asset value within 12 months.
